I began my search for additional term
life insurance via the internet, selecting a web site that set
inquiries for response from up to five participating agents.
After filling in the various queries as to age (68),
health and habits, etc, I pressed the ‘send’ key.
At the time I was a bit skeptical about the process I
was starting, hoping to avoid a rash of spam and other useless
input. To my
astonishment I received a call from Mark Rudin (Rudin
Insurance Services) in less than fifteen minutes after
launching the internet inquiry. It was instructional to note that I eventually did receive
five responses…the first after Mark was three days later,
the last one a week later.
The slowest response was from an agent in my home town
of Savannah.
The application process has now been
completed and my two new term life insurance policies have
been issued. There were many deliberate steps required, including a
physical examination, statements from my personal physician,
etc. At each step
of the way Agent Rudin was promptly in contact with me, always
with keen insights and recommendations.
Mr. Rudin is exceptional in his responsiveness; I have
never experienced any delay in his call back or email to me.
I continue to be amazed at the fact that even though
I’m on the east coast and Mr. Rudin is on the west coast, he
will begin responding to my email inquiries as early as 8 am
EST. Mark says he
has to be up and about his day by five am because of his
children’s school schedule; likely true, but I suspect Agent
Rudin is simply dedicated to his craft and indeed an expert at
it.
